Overview

These terms of service govern your use of casaluma.shop and any purchases made through our store. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing. If you have any questions, reach out before completing your order.

Casaluma is an independent 3D printed home decor brand. Every lamp is designed, printed, and fulfilled by us directly.

1. Our products

All Casaluma lamps and accessories are 3D printed to order using PLA, a plant-based biodegradable material. Because each piece is made when you order it, no two items are exactly identical — slight variations in texture, tone, and finish are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.

Product photos and AI-generated renders on our site are representative of the final product. Minor differences in color temperature and finish may appear depending on your screen settings and lighting environment.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit cards. Your payment is charged at the time of purchase.

3. Order processing and production time

Because every lamp is printed to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. This time is in addition to standard shipping transit times. We will notify you by email when your order ships and provide tracking information.

During high-volume periods or product launches, production times may be longer. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as we are aware of them.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you to resolve it.

5. Returns and refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed correctly. If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make it right — either through a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

To initiate a claim contact us athelp@csaluma.shop with your order number and photos of the issue.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours your lamp has likely entered production and cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, product names, photographs, AI-generated renders, copy, and branding on casaluma.shop are the intellectual property of Casalma. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Our 3D designs are original works. We do not sell or distribute STL files. Purchasing a lamp does not grant you any rights to reproduce, resell, or print additional units of our designs.

8. Limitation of liability

Casaluma lamps are decorative objects intended for indoor use only. Do not leave lamps unattended while on for extended periods. Always use a bulb within the recommended wattage for your lamp socket.

Casaluma  is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products beyond the purchase price of the item. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

9. Privacy

Your use of our store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review it at casaluma.shop/policies/privacy-policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our store shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
