Who we are

Casa Luma is an independent 3D printed home decor brand based in the United States. We design and print sculptural lamps and home accessories, sold through casaluma.shop. When you shop with us, you're buying directly from a small maker — not a corporation — and we treat your information accordingly.

What information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely through Shopify Payments and are never stored on our end.

When you browse our store, Shopify automatically collects certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. This helps us understand how people find and use our site.

If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address and any preferences you share with us.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, send you order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to questions or support requests, and send you marketing emails if you've opted in. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

Email marketing

If you join our list, you'll hear about new lamps, limited drops, and early access offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will remove you promptly.
